Adding A Door, For a Car.

Greetings long lost friends!

Been a little MIA the last few weeks months, sorries!  Between a vacation to Mexico to watch my beautiful friend Shannon marry her fantastic hubby, Justin and the normal jam packed summer weekends our house has been on the back burner.

Case has managed to start on the garage sprucing though.  Remember how if you wanted to park your car in our garage, you’d have drive through this here window?

Not convenient at all.

I’ll preface this part with I didn’t help with this one bit.  I left in the morning to do something super important and it was just the ugly window.  During my super important business I received these two text messages –

And came home to this.

Pretty awesome huh?  But, there it has stood for the last 2 months…Before we can start siding the entire garage the roof needs to be replaced.  Which is getting torn off this weekend.  Pause for a prayer to the rain gods, because if it rains in the attic, my boxes of high school memorabilia will be destroyed!  The roof is in dire need of replacement.  Not sure if you noticed the fur going on, but it looks like a bed of green roof pubes.

Hope you’re all enjoying your summer!

About The Neuzel Project

Neuzel is the combination of Neuman and Benzel. Now that Casey and I have been married for 3 years, we could probably be the Neuman Project, but I still love the time we were the Neuzels so it will remain.
